These policies are subject to change without notice. However, the policy in effect at time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Every effort has been made to provide the information on this site accurately. If any errors are discovered herein, please notify the webmaster at your earliest convenience. However, said information is provided “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied. In no way will Easycogo LLC, or anyone else be liable for any direct or indirect adverse effects or damages from the use and/or misuse of said information. If you are under a jurisdiction that does not allow such a broad limitation of liability, then the applicable liability limitation shall be the maximum extent permitted by law. By your use of this site, you agree that in no event shall the maximum liability of Easycogo LLC exceed the total amount paid by you for any particular disputed program or information purchased from Easycogo LLC.

Shipping Policy

We will process your order as soon as possible, however, please allow 1 to 3 business days for programming and/or processing. Items will be shipped only after payment has been received and processed. Please visit shipping provider's websites (ie: USPS, FedEx, UPS) for their estimated delivery times, as any listed delivery times are per the various shipping provider's general information and are approximate only. In no way can the seller be held responsible for shipping errors or delays by any shipping provider. Items purchased can only be shipped within the United States. Emailed items will be sent to the email address entered at time of purchase and/or used for your payment account. Only purchases in Washington State are subject to your local sales tax. Please note that orders in Washington state may be initially totaled and/or processed with a +/-10% sales tax rate (actual amount based on current WA tax rates at time of purchase). HOWEVER, IF your local sales tax rate is LOWER, your actual final charge will either be REDUCED or PARTIALLY REFUNDED accordingly to match your local tax rate.

Return Policy

Any returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, and include all original package contents and packaging, unless otherwise permitted by the seller. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Do not return any items without first contacting the seller for a possible resolution of any issue, as the seller will not issue any refunds for any unapproved returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. In no way can the seller be held responsible for shipping errors or delays by any shipping provider. In order for any return to be accepted, a return request must be submitted to us within 15 days of the purchase date. A preprogrammed calculator may be exchanged if a programming error is discovered by the purchaser and the seller has been notified of the error within 30 days of purchase, and no reasonable resolution of the error can be attained through standard support channels within a reasonable amount of time. No returns of any "instructions only" items will be accepted unless a programming instruction error is discovered by the purchaser and the seller has been notified of the error within 30 days of purchase, and no reasonable resolution of the error can be attained through standard support channels within a reasonable amount of time. An error shall only be considered as such if an incorrect solution is derived in every applied instance of its use.
